Carshawn “C.J.” Johnson is the General Manager at Crestmont Buick GMC, bringing over a decade of leadership and automotive experience to the role.

A graduate of Euclid High School in 2010, Carshawn continued his education at Notre Dame College in Lyndhurst, Ohio, before beginning his automotive career in Painesville, Ohio, as a salesperson with Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He quickly excelled in sales, demonstrating a natural ability to connect with customers and deliver results, which led to his promotion to Finance and Insurance Manager in 2013.

Over the years, Carshawn has worked with multiple brands, gaining extensive experience in both consumer and commercial retail, as well as in diverse finance and leasing options. His dedication to customer service, team development, and operational excellence paved the way for his transition into upper management, where he has continued to drive growth and positive culture within each dealership he has led.

Now as the General Manager of Crestmont Buick GMC, Carshawn leverages his deep understanding of sales, finance, and dealership operations to deliver a seamless experience for customers while fostering a high-performance environment for his team. His commitment to transparency, customer care, and continuous improvement aligns with Crestmont’s mission to serve the Northeast Ohio community with integrity and excellence.

Outside of the dealership, Carshawn is a dedicated family man and father to three children, Ciyair, Caylin, and Carsyn, and a proud dog owner. He believes in the power of hard work, discipline, and mentorship, both in the showroom and in life.
